Hi, I’m Daisy, a Hampshire wedding photographer specialising in natural, candid and gently posed documentary wedding photography across Southampton, Fareham, Winchester, Portsmouth, wider Hampshire and beyond.
I believe the best wedding photographs happen when you’re fully immersed in your day, celebrating with the people you love rather than spending hours posing for the camera.
My approach is relaxed, unobtrusive and focused on genuine storytelling. From happy tears and heartfelt hugs to belly laughs and dance floor moments, I capture your wedding as it naturally unfolds, preserving the memories you’ll want to relive for years to come. HOWEVER, I love taking you off to enjoy a moment alone to capture them beautifully posed couple portraits. Whether you want to spend less than 10 minuets or up to a hour exploring your venue chasing the light, we will be getting stunning shots for you to remember and LOVE forever.
Many of my couples tell me they’re nervous about being photographed, and that’s completely normal. I’ll provide gentle guidance when needed, but my focus is always on creating natural images that feel like your wedding, not a staged photoshoot. BUT If you want more of a editorial vibe… don’t worry, i’ve got you! My job is to make sure you get the images YOU desire.

We’ll make time for the photographs that matter to you, but I don’t want you disappearing from your own wedding for hours to get them.
I’ll give you direction when you need it and step back when you don’t, leaving plenty of space for the real moments to happen.
Understanding my pricing
I’m not the cheapest photographer, and I’m certainly not the most expensive. I sit comfortably somewhere in the middle, keeping my pricing budget-friendly while still giving your wedding photography the time, care and attention it deserves.
But wedding photography is so much more than the hours you see me there on the day.
After your wedding, I spend hours, often days, carefully culling and individually editing your images in my warm, natural style.
I don’t offer a 24-hour turnaround on 500+ images. Why? Because your photographs deserve attention to detail.
Every image that makes it into your gallery is individually looked at and edited, creating a consistent collection that reflects how your day really felt.
When you book me, you’re not just paying for the hours I’m there with my camera. You’re investing in the planning beforehand, the photography itself, professional editing afterwards and, ultimately, a wedding gallery you can love and cherish for years to come.

FAQ’s
We hate having our photograph taken. Is that okay?
Yes! So many of my couples tell me this.
You don’t need to know how to pose or feel completely comfortable in front of a camera. I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, particularly during your couple portraits, but I’ll never expect you to stand there performing for the camera.
The aim is for your photographs to feel natural and like you.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding photo sessions?
Yes. Pre-wedding sessions are a lovely opportunity to have some relaxed photographs together before your wedding and get a feel for what it’s like being in front of my camera.
They’re particularly helpful if you’re feeling a little nervous about being photographed, but they’re completely optional.
Do you photograph family and group photos?
Absolutely. My style is predominantly natural and documentary, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on those important family photographs.
We’ll discuss the groups you’d particularly like before the wedding and I’ll help organise these on the day, keeping things relaxed and efficient so you can get back to enjoying your celebrations.
How many photographs will we receive?
I don’t work to a set image limit.
Every wedding is different, so the final number will depend on your chosen coverage and what happens throughout your day. If I’ve captured an image that deserves to be part of your wedding story, you’ll receive it.
All of your final photographs will be individually edited and delivered in high resolution through your private online gallery.
Do you travel outside Hampshire?
Yes! I primarily photograph weddings throughout Hampshire and the South Coast, but I’m more than happy to travel further afield.
Travel within Hampshire and my usual coverage area is included within your package. Weddings further away may have an additional travel fee, which I’ll always confirm with you before booking.
Can we add additional coverage later?
Of course. If your timeline develops and you realise you need more photography than originally planned, get in touch and we can look at increasing your coverage.
This will always be subject to availability, so if you already think you may need longer coverage, it’s worth mentioning when you enquire.
When will we receive our wedding photographs?
You’ll receive a selection of sneak peeks shortly after your wedding so you have something to enjoy and share while I work on your full gallery.
Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding day.
What is your approach to editing and retouching?
My editing style is soft and natural, usually with a subtle warmth, but I also think your photographs should feel right for you and the atmosphere of your wedding.
A really important part of our pre-wedding consultation is getting to know you both, your plans and the overall feel of your day. This helps me understand the style and finish that will suit your wedding best while still keeping everything consistent with my natural editing style.
I keep skin tones natural and avoid heavy retouching or changing the way you look. The aim is for your photographs to feel timeless, true to the day and, most importantly, like you.
How do I know how many hours of photography I need?
You don’t need to know before getting in touch! Every wedding is different, and the amount of coverage you need will depend on your ceremony time, locations and which parts of the day you’d like captured.

How do we book you?
Once you’ve got in touch and I’ve confirmed I’m available for your date, we’ll chat through your plans and work out which package suits your day best.
To officially secure your wedding date, I’ll send over your booking details along with your contract and deposit information. Once these are completed, your date is reserved in my diary.
From there, we’ll keep in touch in the lead-up to your wedding and have a pre-wedding consultation to go through your timings, plans and everything that’s important to you.
Do you photograph small weddings and registry office ceremonies?
Absolutely. Smaller weddings are exactly why I offer The Essentials and Short & Sweet packages.
Whether it’s just the two of you, a registry office ceremony with your closest family or a small celebration afterwards, your wedding doesn’t need to be huge to deserve beautiful photographs.
You don’t need to know before getting in touch! Every wedding is different, and the amount of coverage you need will depend on your ceremony time, locations and which parts of the day you’d like captured.

What happens if it rains?
Rain definitely doesn’t mean ruined wedding photographs. I’ll always work with the weather on the day and make the most of whatever we’re given, whether that means finding beautiful covered spots, making use of indoor areas or heading outside during a break in the rain.
If you’re happy to embrace it, we can also create some gorgeous photographs in the rain. The priority is always making sure you’re comfortable and still able to enjoy your day without the weather becoming a stress.
What happens if our timings change?
Wedding days don’t always run exactly to schedule, and that’s completely normal.
Small changes or delays on the day aren’t something you need to worry about. If your plans change significantly before the wedding, just let me know and we can look at your photography timeline and make sure your chosen coverage still works.
